Muesli Bar making

This terms topic is 'Create and Make' in the kitchen. We have been exploring many different foods, and discussing whether they are 'man-made' or 'natural'. We have taken this one step further, and developed an understanding that within 'man-made' there is 'hand-made' and 'factory-made'.

Miss Rhodes and I decided that we could use our class discovery time to work together and develop our own muesli bars, as these are a product which is usually 'factory-made' yet we could 'hand-make' them.

Thanks to many helping hands, we designed, created, cooked, and packaged our own muesli bars.
